At 19, Mo joined the prestigious Local Union 104, immersing himself in the HVAC and sheet metal craftsmanship world.

Throughout his career, Mo's dedication and unwavering commitment to his craft have been evident at every stage. From his early days as an apprentice to assuming the roles of foreman and project manager, Mo has gained a comprehensive understanding of the HVAC business from the ground up.
